ESIS is pleased to announce that we are continuing to respond to the needs of our community by including Unlimited Data with all our services for everyone, starting June 1st!
We recognize that there is an increased need for data due to the evolving requirements of people working from home, as well as the need to stream audio and video content for entertainment and education in 2021. With these new realities in mind, ESIS provides more value to our members at no additional cost!
As our 2021 upgrades continue to improve the capacity of the network, we also have plans for the near future to roll out new faster speed services for our subscribers. Our updated services are shown here.

The rapidly changing COVID-19 situation is unprecedented and disruptive to our daily lives. With this great level of uncertainty we want you to know that ESIS values the health and well-being of our member-subscribers and staff.
As a response to the COVID-19 virus, effective immediately, all ESIS subscribers will have access to unlimited data until June 1st. During this time people are being encouraged to use social distancing and to self-quarantine when necessary. Please use your Internet service responsibly.
We will be monitoring usage levels on all accounts and excessive users may face slowdowns to help keep the network in balance for everyone.
In order to help protect you and our office staff we encourage customers to avoid coming into the ESIS office and consider paying your bill using one of the following methods:
• If you bank with the Nelson and District Credit Union, you can pay ESIS using the Bill Payment function (this option is not available with other banking institutions)
• use e-transfer to: firstname.lastname@example.org
• phone the office to pay by VISA or Mastercard
• mail or drop off your cheque (into the locked mailbox outside the
East Shore Internet Society

Our office staff are available by phone from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
If you experience any connectivity issues and need technical assistance, please continue to phone our ESIS support number. Our technicians will consult with you by phone to resolve your issues remotely. If a visit to your home is required our technicians will consult with you to determine the best approach to resolve your problem while maintaining a healthy distance for all.
