We provide subscribers who are away for at least 30 days the possibility of suspending their service. A $5/month account fee applies.
To do so:
- Before your departure, contact email@example.com
- In your email, please provide your departure and return dates (duration must be at least 30 days)
- Upon your return, contact the office and we will reconnect your service and billing.
Please note that unless we are notified prior to departure, your regular package invoice will be issued.
